Ingredients
½ cup non-fat milk (or soy, almond or coconut milk)Â
½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurtÂ
½ tsp vanilla or almond extractÂ
2 Tbsp chia seedsÂ
1 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey, agave, Stevia)Â
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powderÂ
1 pinch of saltÂ
Preparation
Stir everything together and refrigerate overnight, or for at least four hours. Top with your favorite fruit, nuts and/or shaved dark chocolate.Â
For a smooth pudding: Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.Â
