About the Recipe

Indulge in a rich and creamy dark chocolate chia pudding, filled with protein-packed Greek yogurt and naturally sweetened for a guilt-free treat that nourishes your brain and body. Topped with crunchy nuts or fresh berries, this dessert satisfies your sweet tooth while boosting cognitive health!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup non-fat milk (or soy, almond or coconut milk) 

  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt 

  • ½ tsp vanilla or almond extract 

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds 

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey, agave, Stevia) 

  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 

  • 1 pinch of salt 

Preparation

  • Stir everything together and refrigerate overnight, or for at least four hours. Top with your favorite fruit, nuts and/or shaved dark chocolate. 

  • For a smooth pudding: Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
