About the Recipe

Do your brain a favor and fall in love with salmon! This is a real nutritional powerhouse, loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids which are crucial for overall brain health and preventing cognitive decline. There is abundant research demonstrating that a diet including fatty fish such as salmon can help delay the onset of Alzheimer's Disease. It's important to get a dietary source of Omega 3s because your body doesn't produce them on it's own (which is why they're called essential fatty acids) and your brain is not really efficient at storing them.
Seasoning with turmeric adds a small dose of antioxidants which help keep inflammation at bay. Brain inflammation has been linked to accelerated cellular aging, so if you're a fan of this flavorful spice, then load it on!
